We aim to ship your item on the same day that you make the purchase during weekdays. If your purchase is after 3pm it is likely it will be posted the next working day.
Yes, as long as you are in the UK. Just select Next Day Delivery in the checkout option. If you need fast delivery abroad please email hello@oosc-clothing.com and as long as we receive your request before midday we will do our best to process your order for an additional fee.
The best way is to machine wash on 30 degrees. Please use a waterproof clothing wash. You can buy these very easily at most large supermarkets.

Yes, if you order over 10 jackets or suits we can customise these for you with a printed icon or logo. We can’t provide the option for custom designed ski suits currently. Please just get in touch and send an email to hello@oosc-clothing.com.

If your order has not turned up within a sensible timeline since you ordered (21+ days), please get in touch with us and we will do our best to locate it or get another product sent out to you. If you take longer than 30 days to get in contact with us, we will assume your order has been delivered which may affect our ability to issue you a refund or exchange if notified after this period.
From the 80's and 90's and throwback movies! Given most of our products have a steezy, retro vibe, we wanted their names to match that style. As such, you'll see names from the Fresh Prince Of Bel Air, Talladega Nights and the Step Brothers. If you see a name that's a bit 'out there', that's not us being disrespectful, we're just giving a nod to the past :).
To return a product, please follow the instructions on our Returns & Cancellation page. Request to return your order must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.
All of our spend and save codes have a minimum spend, which will be communicated when we release the offer. This minimum spend must be met for the promo code to apply. If you place an order using a spend and save code, and then return an item from your order that brings the cost of your order under the minimum spend, then the terms of the code have no longer been met. This may mean that the amount you're refunded for the returned item is adjusted, or that no refund will be given. An example of how a refund may be adjusted is below:
- Code - $20 off a minimum $100 spend
- Order total - $110
- Returned item - $30
As the return brings the total spend under the minimum spend of $100, the refund will be adjusted to reflect this and the discount of $20 removed. This would mean a refund of $10 would be issued.
If you've received an email saying one or more of your items are out of stock this may affect the refund you get back if you used a spend and save code. We thought we had the stock of the item when you placed the order. However, when we went to pack your order up we realised we didn't have the item available anymore.
If the minimum spend has still been met you have nothing to worry about, but if you fall under it the terms and condition have no longer been met. The refund amount you'll get will be outlined on the e-mail we send to you. For further details please see our Terms and Conditions on Discount Codes.
